Picnic Sunday Aug 2nd 2015 FINAL ARRANGEMENTS
Dear All, ASA
We received a lot of feedback from our community members and we also discussed arrangements in a meeting for this year’s picnic.
The consensus is that we should not order catered food but do a similar pot luck style picnic as we have done in the past to bring cost down for everyone. Therefore, we have assigned responsibilities to different members thinking you are all part of one big family. I hope no one minds.
If you are not available or cannot take on the following duties then please reply to this email or call Mohammed Ali at 416-520-7656 or Asif Akhter bhai at 905-796-5488.
